100th Birthday Celebrations

The 7th Windsor Scout Group is 100 years old this year and to celebrate we would like to invite Parents, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts to our Birthday Celebration Evening being held at the Scout Hut on Wednesday 22nd September 2010.

The evening will start at 6.30pm with a BBQ and Bouncy Castle. We will then be having a short AGM at 7.00pm and the celebrations will then continue until around 8.30pm.   For more information about designing a badge go to this link.

Beaver Picnic  July 3rd

Fifteen Beavers plus Leaders travelled by train from Datchet to Windsor. We then walked through Alexandra Gardens to the Leisure Centre. We started with an hour of games and 5-a-side football at the Centre. Of the three teams Team B emerged as worthy winners.
After time spent on the play equipment we had our picnic under a shady tree. Refreshed and revived, we visited the Home Park for Parachute games, Heads and Hands and finally a game of tag on the slides and climbing frame. This left us with a short walk to the station for our journey back to Datchet and home.
